Vaccines can never be 100% effective, and that does mean that there are some people after vaccination who are not fully protected. Over the course of the last year we've started to learn more about those people who may still be at risk of coronavirus after vaccination. Really important in that, clearly, are those who are immunocompromised and whose immune system is not able to respond in the normal way to a vaccine. And for those individuals, it is possible that additional doses will help some people, but for others – they'll need access to new treatments which are being discovered all the time to improve the outcome of those who develop infection. So we shouldn't expect vaccines to protect everyone, but for the vast majority of the population they are life savers.
